Reiki is a non-invasive, complementary energy practice -- not a substitute for medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or mental health counselling.

No Prescriptions or Diagnosis: As a Practitioner, I do not diagnose medical conditions, or interfere with a licensed healthcare provider's treatment plan.

Personal Experience: Sensations during Reiki (warmth, deep relaxation, emotional release, etc.) vary by individual, and specific physical or emotional outcomes are not guaranteed.

Core Provisions for Tarot Terms & Conditions
Payment & Refund Policy: Outline accepted payment methods, timing of payments ( Upfront), and clear rules on cancellations, no-shows, or refund eligibility.
Client Autonomy & Free Will: All outcomes are not guaranteed and that clients maintain full responsibility for decisions made after a reading. Some may also take longer than others for results they are looking for. Can take up to 6 months before results start to show.

Privacy & Confidentiality: Every clients personal details and reading content remain confidential, except where legally required to disclose ( e.g. self-harm or harm to others.)
Right to Refuse Service: I reserve the right to decline or terminate a reading at any time if a request involves illegal activity, harassment, or violates ethical standards. A full refund will be issued if a session is canceled under these circumstances prior to completion.
Spell Work Disclaimer & Policy:

No Guaranteed Results: Spells deal with intent, symbolism, and energy; you cannot guarantee a specific timeline, tangible result, or external event ( e.g. " This spell will make your ex return in 3 days").
Booking, Payment & Delivery
Payment: All services must be paid in full at the time of your booking.
Live Online Sessions: You are responsible for joining the video call at the scheduled time. If your more than 5 minutes you will have to reschedule and pay again.
Written/ Email Readings: Written reports will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout within ( e.g. 3-5 business days) of receiving payment and your question.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, & Refund Policy
Live sessions: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or transfer. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the booking fee.
Completed Readings : Due to the time and personalized nature of the work, completed readings ( both live & written) are non-refundable.
